Rule Recommendation and Amendment Procedure
Any current Member, or Affiliate of DBC is invited to participate in the Rule Recommendation procedure. This process is the opportunity for all members of the DBC community to present suggestions for new rules, or changes to the existing rules. All suggestions are to be submitted using the online submission form.
